Considering how important your physical health is, it's good to educate yourself about what's healthy to eat and what isn't.
Or at least to a point.
The thing is, if you read one or more books about nutrition, after a while, you'll be too afraid to eat anything, as these books often tell you that certain foods may be unhealthy, while other books say that it's OK to consume those same foods.
That's why I keep it simple. I just eat everything in moderation.
